This audit and proposal is about the next chapter: what current trends and the rapid changes in AI mean for your business, and the cleanest path to going full-time as a coach. If anything here doesn't land, we can discuss on the proposal review call.

SECTION 2

What's Evolved


Two areas where the innovation standard has grown since we built the original front-end:

Web design for high-end coaches


In the last 12 months, the bar for what a high-end coaching brand looks like online has moved meaningfully. Sites are now more cinematic, more interactive, more app-like. The buyers you're trying to reach, willing to pay high ticket prices, live in app-native experiences daily, and that's the bar they're going to be comparing Dan Fox Coaching to.

Your existing Wix site is solid for what it was built to do. The next stage is asking for a premium presentation layer that matches the new industry standard and where your offer is heading.

The work isn't rebuilding your full website. It's making the sales paths and high-ticket client experience match the level of the offer and price.

High-ticket client delivery


PDFs and Zoom links used to feel premium for top-tier coaching. They still work, and Kajabi + Zoom + WhatsApp ca deliver a 1:1 experience, but it is not a high-ticket standard in today's market.

What's changed is that buyers at the top end now compare to app-native, interactive client experiences - daily prompts, structured journeys, persistent progress, beautiful UX. Coaches who layer in a premium client experience at this tier set the bar over the next 18 months. It's not mandatory, but it does dictate how your brand is perceived in a rapidly evolving coaching market.

SECTION 3

The Strategic Diagnosis


The foundation in Section 1 is real, and most of what's listed below is just the natural gap between "build the brand" and "launch the business." Five observations:

  1. The course is strong, but the funnel doesn't have somewhere to send people. Your Mini-Masterclass pulls leads in cleanly - and then ends. There's no offer attached.
  2. The high-ticket offer needs to feel more than "course plus calls." The work is premium. The container around it can reflect that - and at this price point, that increasingly matters for conversion and reputation.
  3. QR codes and outreach need clean destinations. When you hand someone a code or you get a lead, there isn't a destination doing the work of converting them. The lead falls into a gap.
  4. Kajabi is useful now, and it's the right home for the self-paced course. The course tier lives there. The decision is whether to invest in the high-ticket delivery layer.
  5. Sales materials don't yet match the 1:1 reality. The sales page foundation was written for cohort delivery. The offer has evolved into something different - a 1:1 transformational process with the course as a companion. The page needs to reflect what you're actually selling now.

Where Coaching Delivery Is Going


Worth understanding the broader shift, because it informs where to invest.

Coaching is splitting in two. On one side: videos, PDFs, group calls at lower prices. On the other: app-native journeys, daily touchpoints, interactive workbooks, AI-augmented reflection at higher prices. The middle is getting squeezed because of the rapid evolution of technology.

Three forces pushing this:

Kajabi is still useful. A premium client experience is the first piece you actually own.

You're not replacing Kajabi this year. You're starting to own parts of your setup at the high-ticket tier - and that's where the strongest coaching brands are moving.

The Core Insight


Foundation gets people to the offer. Client Experience V1 makes the offer feel as premium as the work actually is.

That's the gap to close to future-proof.

You've already named most of this yourself. Foundation is simply the packaging - taking what you know needs to happen and getting it live so your first full-time months run on a system, not on outreach alone.

The Recommended Path


Dan, Foundation is non-negotiable right now. It unlocks everything else: the course becomes purchasable, the funnel has a destination, QR codes and outreach land somewhere that converts, and you can take on high-ticket clients into Kajabi-based delivery while you decide on the premium tier separately.

V1 is where I'd point you next, and the sooner the better. The industry is moving toward owned, app-native client experiences at the high-ticket tier. Building V1 alongside Foundation positions your brand where the market is heading, rather than catching up later. It's not mandatory, but waiting has a cost in brand perception at the premium tier.

Foundation alone is a complete, honest engagement. You'll be live and selling within a month, delivering high-ticket clients through your existing Kajabi + Zoom + WhatsApp model. Nothing about starting there closes the door on V1 later. That said, doing both together is the cleaner path into the next chapter.

A note on sequencing


If cash flow supports committing to both at signing, the integrated build runs 7-9 weeks total versus 9-12 weeks plus a gap if V1 is added later as a separate engagement — you save 2-3 weeks, the architecture connects more cleanly, and your first cohorts experience the premium tier live from day one. Both paths work. The question is whether you want to step into the market with a high-ticket experience that already matches where the industry is heading.
